We conduct the research and help you choose the appropriate health care provider(s). Our representative will accompany you to doctors’ visits, ask questions so you understand all possible treatment options and maintain a medical profile so testing and visits are followed to highest resolution.

We will also stop by your home or care facility for regular wellness checks, and we will coordinate all your services to make sure your needs are met, without duplication of services and/or cost. We always ensure our clients receive patient centered care and that his/her patient rights are respected.

Paperwork Assistance

We understand that applying for health insurance or financial benefits can be overwhelming, intimidating and time consuming. We are versed in the eligibility requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security disability, Veterans Administration benefits, and many other assistance programs. We review client’s health and financial information to determine which program(s) are best suited for you or your loved one. We can also help you apply for various other assistance programs to reduce your monthly expenses.

Financial Organization

Medical issues often lead to financial challenges. We can review your financial resources and prepare a strategic plan to enable us to determine your individual limitations. Let us review and process routine monthly bills, reconcile bank statements, negotiate reduction in various expenses and provide a monthly accounting to the client, or an appointed family member or sponsor.

Planning Services

Let us help you implement cost efficient strategies for estate planning andAdvance Directives including Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare, Power of Attorney for Financial Management, Living Will, etc. This offers peace of mind that your health care and end of life choices will be met should you become incapacitated. Legal documents are retained on file and can only be activated by a physician should a life event occur deeming the individual temporarily or permanently incompetent.

We also assist with guardianship applications should you have a loved one who was unable to implement advance directives prior to his/her incapacitation.
